As part of the high school graduation requirements, students are required to participate in  community service throughout their high school career.

All students must use the community service Activity Log and Proposal Form to obtain the signature of the adult who supervised their community service. Parents may not sign as a student’s supervisor.

Instructions:

1. Community Service Proposal must be filled out by the end of your freshman year.
2. Activity Log (must accompany community service letters)
3. Once hours are completed Activity Log along with letters of service must be turned into Mr. Charlestant in Room M115.
